Civil infrastructure package for 270 lot subdivision including construction of six private roads and reconstruction of a public road. Scope included earthworks and subgrade, drainage, gas, electrical and sewer, kerb, channel and asphalt, line marking and signage, retaining walls and rock wall installation and landscape nodes.
